With the impending release of Season two of the Walking Dead around the corner, I thought I’d better get my butt in gear and play the 400 Days DLC.
From what I understand, the decisions made in the DLC, will add to the decisions made from the first game, effecting the story in Season Two.
The 400 Days DLC, is quite short and took me less than two hours to get to the end, however was a fantastic way to the spend the time. Even though the DLC is split into five distinct stories, I didn’t find myself wanting to take a break between them, and simply jumped into the next one.
The five stories are centered around a truckstop in the middle of nowhere, and follows a number of groups of people, and their back story. As always I’m going to be spoiler free, but the game gives you a handful of morality decisions to make, some of which I found a little harsh. The interesting thing was when I got to the end of the DLC, and upon seeing how I compare to others on what decision I made….I found myself thinking..’That was a decision?!?’
Great story, very engrossing, and I’ve now pre-purchased Season Two from steam, ready for the release on the 17th December.
